UPDATE 2022-11-24: Pairing emails for batch 3 (of 3) have been sent! Time to start making art!
UPDATE 2022-11-22: Batch 2 of pairing emails has been sent. Last batch goes out tomorrow evening. Thanks for the patience.
UPDATE 2022-11-21: Pairing is complete. Everyone has a match! I’ve the first batch of pairs. Email is titled “HBM 2022 Art Exchange — {{First}} & {{Second}}” where "{{First}}” and “{{Second}}” are your name and your partner’s. I’ll be mailing batch 2 tomorrow, and batch 3 on Wednesday. So, if you’ve not received your pairing email, yours will arrive either tomorrow or late Wednesday (Pacific Time). Per usual, please check your spam folder. Some email clients are particularly skeptical of the Art Exchange emails.
Lastly, if your initials are “DM” and you’ve not received the initial Welcome email, then it’s because the email address you provided bounced back—please send an email and we’ll get it sorted out.
UPDATE 2022-11-14: Devon has sent out the welcome email. Look in your inbox (maybe spam folder too) for an email called “HBM Art Exchange: Welcome!”. If you have not received this email, then please reach out because we have the wrong email address for you. Matches will be sent out soon.
UPDATE 2022-11-11: Registration is closed. Thank you to all who signed up! Please look for a welcome email on or before Friday, November 18th. Matching will happen soon after that.

Here's how it works:

Fill out the form at the bottom of the page no later than November 10th, 2022
In mid November, we’ll send you an email with your match: an artist and fellow Here Be Monsters listener.
You’ll arrange details, share addresses, etc.
You'll mail your partner a piece of art before January 31st, 2023.
Take a picture of what you made and tag us on social media and use #HBMartexchange so we can see it too! (optional)
Changes from last time:
Volunteer Coordinator: HBM listener Devon Sherman (website / Instagram) is going to help with coordinating artists. She’ll be your point of contact should you need help with anything. Please be aware that Devon will be able to see the information that you submit on the sign up form.
Social Media: You can now optionally share your social media accounts with your art partner by filling out that field on the submission form.
Words of caution: since this is an exchange between strangers, we cannot screen the participants. Please exercise appropriate caution when giving out your home address or other personal information
